Greenburgh Police detectives arrested Danny Crespo on Bainbridge Avenue in the Bronx on Wednesday, May 15. The arrest was the result of a multi-agency investigation over a period of several months, said Lt. Kobie Powell, public information officer of the Town of Greenburgh Police Department.

The following agencies were part of the operation in addition to the Greenburgh Police Department: the City of New Rochelle Police Department, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, the New York City Police Department, and the Village of Tuckahoe Police Department.

Crespo was charged with third-degree burglary, a Class D felony.

He was arraigned in Greenburgh Town Court and remanded to Westchester County Jail and is due back in Town of Greenburgh Court on Tuesday, May 21.

It is anticipated that more criminal charges will be forthcoming in this case, Powell said.
